My husband and I have lived at 52 Clark for 3 years and love it here. The super, porter and doormen are all amazing. They are all extremely helpful and friendly. We are in the process of breaking our lease because we purchased an apartment and the management company is going out of their way to help us find new tenants. We wish we could stay forever!

52 Clark Street was one of my favorite buildings to live in. The Super Anthony was incredibly helpful when I needed him to fix something and also just a really nice person to talk to. In addition, the entire staff, Dennis & Eddie especially, were very kind and helpful with package deliveries and any other favors that may have come up. The building was well cleaned on a daily basis. In regards to the management company... I never had a problem getting through to Karina regarding any questions I may have had about rent and lease renewal. She was also very accommodating when I was looking into a larger apartment within 52 Clark Street. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience while I was a tenant at 52 Clark Street. Thank you

With its convenient location, renovated apartments and charming character, 52 Clark St is the best place to live in NYC. Karina has been a pleasure to deal with - professional and friendly (a rare combination). Joe has also been great - unfortunately I have to terminate my lease early, and they have both been so understanding and accommodating. The Super (Anthony) is the best I've encountered - friendly, helpful and welcoming - as is Dennis. And the folks who manage the front desk are also lovely. This is a great building, run by a great management company.

Karina at MPI was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was patient and very friendly during the lease-signing process and was super flexible in terms of arranging the key pick-up, etc. I would highly recommend to anyone I know :-)

we are so happy that we picked 52 Clark Street for our child's college.residencewe met, from the doorman/woman to the other residents, are the really great people. The folks at MPI, Mall Properties, LLC esp. were the best, and special thanks to Karina Gamero for working with us and making the whole process, from application to getting the keys for the apartment very easy and worry free. Location, location location! The neighborhood is safe, beautiful, and incredibly convenient. The building is literally across the street from the 2/3 train and easy walking distance from the A/C, the R, and the F -- I can get to most places in Manhattan faster than my friends who live in Manhattan! There are tons of great restaurants nearby, like Jack the Horse Tavern and Noodle Pudding. You will never need to walk more than a few minutes away to get to groceries, drugstores, drycleaners, and half a world worth of cuisine. Karina at MPI was super helpful when I was shopping for apartments, explained all the paperwork to me, and helped get me set up very quickly. It was so refreshing after wading through the mud of NYC real estate brokers to talk to someone who actually went out of her way to make my move easier. Highly recommended!

While my rent isn't meager, the apartment is totally, totally worth it. The renovations are so beautiful and it offers a doorman, laundry in building, and lots of space. Working with the management company was great and easy.

I love living at 52 Clark Street. I recently moved into the building, and Karina was a pleasure to work with. She is prompt and attentive about my concerns and repairs. It makes my move from Manhattan to Brooklyn that much more enjoyable. I look forward to working with Karina and 52 Clark as I live out my lease and hope to stay for many years in the building.
