So Ishy's State to State movers just gave you a ridiculously low quote for your move? The nice lady on the phone said they'll take care of everything? Well sad to say she has done nothing but lie to you. When they get there he will look around and tell you the quote was wrong, and it is going to cost you over double what was originally quoted, at least in my case. They hope that this being your move day you will be left with no other option so they bait you with the low price then gouge you with the real price, after you made that $300 deposit and all. Do yourself a favor and just find an honest company. They also say they will move everything in 5-7 days, it took about 21 days for them to move my stuff. Two extra weeks of not having any of your belongings... I asked the guy who just changed the quote on the spot, how long it would take and he said to my face, actually 7-10 days. I was pretty heated when it ended up being 21 days. You call, they lie, not much else to say. Terrible people.



It's odd writing this after I've moved on from them. I read some of the bad reviews and figured if they were anywhere near their quote price it would be worth it. I was so wrong. $1300 quote? Nope actually going to be $2600. Once all my stuff was packed in the truck and being held ransom, nope, actually going to be $2900. At this point it was 2am because they showed up at 11pm the night of my move and made me miss my walk-through for my new home, at this point I was just tried and couldn't really do anything so just had to accept it. I had never hated a company more then them. They are the worst people I've ever done business with and really just terrible human beings. I really feel bad about giving them my money and keeping them in business a little longer to screw other people.



Don't give them your business, you will end up feeling terrible for it as well as the next person who does business with them. Also they broke the windscreen off my motorcycle and damaged a couple shelves. You will also have to pay 75% of the cost upfront before they leave, then 25% cash when they finally arrive with your stuff. I packed most of the stuff myself, and even had them move less (I had a futon in the quote that didn't get moved) and they still charged way over double.



I'm sorry you even heard of them. Don't do business with them.

It was taken most a month to revive our things, they are not friendly and possibly the worst movers that are in business. They make empty promises. Please if you are sane DO NOT use this company, biggest mistake of your life.
