My one and last time at this salon was a terrible e xperience with the girl washing my hair. She was on her cell phone and refused to hang up. Finally she did because I told her I am going to the desk. Doesn't anyone in that salon notice unprofessional behavior or maybe they accept it

I went in today to correct my bleached out hair. Michael was my stylist and he listened to my expectations, and let me know the realistic outcome of my desire. Consulting with his fellow stylists, they made sure that they use the best possible techniques to start restoring it back to health. It was very quick, pleasant, and most of all satisfactory! I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone in the area, that wants QUALITY work! Yes, they are pricey but you get what you pay for!

My first appointment here was booked for highlights. I arrived and 'Tsadok' had a client in his chair, he asked me to wait and I had no problem doing so...these things happen. I waited 30 minutes till my turn. (Even though my appointment was 30 minutes before this). I called again today at 9am for a blow out around afternoon time. They told me "come at 1:30 please do not be late!" I rushed over there and walked in 1:30 sharp. I walk in to see a client in his chair just starting her cut and blow. When I asked "why couldn't you tell me you weren't free? Or to come back? Or that you're not available?" To which they all shrugged and replied "what do you want us to tell you??" What I want them to tell me is not to come or to come a different time. To me this is very rude and unprofessional. A bunch of meat head idiots running this half assed shop. I would not recommend this spot to anyone.
