That Irene Zelterman helped me provide the most wonderful physical and emotional care for both of my critically ill parents during the most difficult time of all of our lives. With her patience, knowledge and expertise in identifying each of their individual needs and requirements for maintaining them in their own comfortable home during their illnesses, I was able to accomodate their wishes and desire to stay at home. By assisting me in safeguarding their home and finding appropriate caregivers for each of them, Ms. Zelterman facilitated our ability to maintain dignified and respectful relationships with our parents until their respective deaths. I highly recommend her services.

Irene is a caring professional helping her clients and family members manage care from hospitals to rehabilitation to home care. Her main focus is to enable seniors to stay home, which is the preferred environment for older adults and their family.

I have worked with her on several occasion solving insurance problems. Her clients love having her on their side.

Irene Zelterman of Hearthside basically took $750.00 and NEVER followed up after her one hour or so visit with my mother Joyce at Staten Island University Hospital on October 12th 2012, nor provided ANY documentation at all for her visit to my mother. She was really only concerned with money and refused to explain exactly what we paid for. In fact, I asked her for her "evaluation" documentation for safe discharge of my mother Joyce, she said, " I don't write things down for 750.00"! She did not even know that my mother was already discharged 3 days prior to my speaking with her on the phone!! She Made so many excuses about being sick, then, away for a three day meeting, that we discharged my mother without her. She is apparently a person who shamelessly preys on people in distress to enrich herself, I told her that. Irene Zelterman of Hearthside Health should not be considered anything other than what she is, a predator using her degrees to scam, confused and bewildered people. Shame.
