My Parents order an expensive Living room set, after waiting for months since it was coming from Italy, it was finally delivered with a large sign, made in China. On top of that the furniture is not great quality, the leather is all stretched out, cushions are sagging and the furniture seats looks like they weren't stuffed properly. The store takes no responsibility and once they got paid ( unfortunately in cash) they take no responsibility for this crappy stuff that they sell. They did send a repair person who probably works for them, deems the furniture is fine and offered to Re-stuff the furniture with more foam which as you can imagine now looks worse. They are nasty, all they care about is making a sale and don't care about their customers. STAY AWAY! And don't pay in cash!

The charged me an extra hundred dollars to provide a certificate of their insurance to my building (rip off) and were 5.5 hours late. When I would call to ask where the furniture was they would tell me I would get it within the hour. Liars.
