I just recently got back from my 1st trip to New York. I was very excited, but admit that I had no idea what to expect. I didn't even really have a plan. I just wanted to see the city and sights. That brings me to Image Rent a Car. The Image representative was so friendly and helpful. She helped me first of all by making sure everything was in order with my reservation, car requests (it was so clean!) etc. Then secondly, the rep was very knowledgeable in suggesting different sights and restaurants that I might be interested in. If I had not had that help, I would not have enjoyed my trip nearly as much as I did. Thanks to Image Rent a car. I will definitely be using your company again and referring all my friends to you. Well done!

We rented a VERY LARGE passenger van from Image rent a Car form JFK airport for a week. The gentleman at the desk was more than helpful and polite and their rates were very compeditive. All round great deal and great experience!

This is now the third time I've rented from Image Rent a Car in Uniondale and I have to say that the experience just gets better and better. The staff on hand are always prime examples of exceptional customer service, and highly value customer loyalty. I've rented now one of their luxury vehicles for person use and two large passenger vehicles for business, all of which were in excellent condition adn maintained to the highest of standards. Best of all, their prices are alot more competitive than other major car rentals, such as Hertz and Enterprise (who I used to rent vehicles from for business). I have to say, I only stumbled onto Image by accident as it's close Hosftra University and Eisenhower Park which I frequent often, but I am more than happy that I've made the switch. If you're looking for either once off car/van rental, or an ongoing business relationship, and want a company that treats you like a person and not a number, I would very strongly recommend Image Rent a Car.

This was my first time renting a van for our company conference, as normally we hire individual cars, but the service was impeccable as was the van itself, and extremely reasonably priced. Suited our business needs perfectly. Highly recommend and will definately be coming back again

Image Rent a Car, (Cheap Van Rentals), did not just offer us exceptional customer service and affordability, but came through for us on incredibly short notice with no hestitation whatsoever. A month ago we had organised to drive our daughter and a group of her girlfriends to Six Flags in New Jersey for her birthday, via means of a car pool with some friends who had offered to help us drive the kids up. Our friends pulled out on us the night before and we were panicking as to how we were going to take 11 teenage girls from the Upper East Side to NJ. I found Image rent a car online, who orgainsed for us a 15 person van, all at the last minute, with no stress or hestitaion. The lady we spoke with was both professional and understanding to our case, and offered us a fantastic deal for rental. Exceptional company to deal with, and would very highly recommend.
