I have shopped here for the last 12 years. they would not still be in business if service was poor and prices were unreasonable. the sales personnel do not hover over you or are on top of you, rather they are attentive and you do not have to run around the store or yell for a floor person to help you reach an item or help you find your size like in in a department store.



The sales personnel are about 15 feet away, and all you have to do is make eye contact and they come over to assist you, not force a sale on you. The prices are good, and there are ALWAYS DISCOUNTS to be had. Where in what store these days does even the owner help you without asking. 5 stars from HS in Brooklyn.
