Worst place ever it says $19.99 after midnight . When you get there they say you need a filter for another $10 so that's $30 what car does not need a filter

BUYER BEWARE. To start off all the good reviews of this place must be done by the management of this terrible establishment. Went there for a wash and got a VIP package which took about 30 minutes which is fast. Gave the guy who was working on the car a decent tip thinking they'll put a little bit of an extra effort but boy was I wrong. The brake dust was never washed off properly from the rims yet any other car wash I went to always had my wheels shining. There were 3 big stains left on the trunk and back window which a guy on a cellphone looked at and then walked away from. I had to go back and get someone to clean them off, I'm not talking about little smudges I'm talking about huge white visible stains on a gray car that I came to wash off but apparently they thought I wouldn't notice. Once they have your money they do not care about customer satisfaction and soon enough the customers will take their business elsewhere. I will never go back to this place! Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money elsewhere if you remotely care about getting a fair service for a fair price.

stay away from this disgusting place! don't wash your car here, don't tune up your car here....don't stop at Hollywood Car wash. bad service!!!! bad attitude!!!! I changed the oil, flushed the engine and transmission, changed air filter and I went back after 6 months to change the oil again. the guy was trying to convince me that I need to do it all over again, so I told him that I drove the car only for 6000 miles and I need just the oil change. he brushed all the exhaust pipes with burned oil, so when I start driving to work the next day the car was full with smoke. I went back I complained to the manager and they fixed it! I thought it was an accident. After 6 months the same story again, and again smoke in my car!! they are doing it in purpose! the car wash....forget about it! they never clean the interior!!! they never dry the exterior! I did a 200$ complete detail with them! I can do it better than they do! they left all the car seats soaking wet and it smelled like urine inside for 2 weeks! I still have wax all over the place! Please, if you care about your car and money, do yourself a big favor and stay away from them!
