I have been using services of Highway Imaging Associates for many years and was never troubled with incorrect billing before. It is only recently they start doing so many mistakes.

A number of times I was billed for a procedure, which is covered if billed correctly. They, however, keep using incorrect procedure codes. After the denial of the payment, instead of normal follow-up with the the insurance company, they billed the patient (me) though billing the patient should have been their last resort after they exhausted all the possibilities to get the payment from the insurance company, or the performed service is definitely not covered by the plan.

This is unprofessional and frustrating, and it happened more than once.

I will not going to use services of this company in the future to avoid this vexation.

I was on hold 33 minutes just to find out the office hours, eventually I had to go on line

to find out. Suggestion: Office hours should be an option you can choose for help!

I have delt with them before other than that they're ok.
