I purchase 12 roses and a vase it cost me $88.65 and had them delivered to my wife's job on Valentine's Less than 5 Day later 8 of them die. I was told they have a policy the roses or warranty for 24 hours however the policies is in the store when I ordered them by phone I was never aware of their policy and I would never have purchase these roses from them. If that wasn't bad enough the customer service representative was very rude.

I ordered flowers for my mother and future mother-in-law through FTD.com... Unfortunately, they chose Henry's to create the arrangements I ordered. I ordered for a beautiful Harvest basket with all fall colors, and my mother in law was sent pink and red flowers that did not even remotely look like the arrangement I ordered. My mother received the correct case with hers, however the "roses" were buds that looked like they were picked from a garden and thrown in without any care. Both pieces had NO water in the case upon delivery. FTD.com granted me a full refund for the ridiculous first arrangement after I emailed them the pictures of both. They gave me only partial discount for the second becuse they said the colors were correct but were sorry that the roses were already wilting! Yes, over $120 on 2 horrible, embarrassing arrangements. My father called Henry's to discuss this absurdity and the person he spoke to said there was nothing he could do. He did not even want us to return the flowers to show what horrible work their florist did! I will never ever recommend this florist to anyone. They are crooks!

Henry's is a life saver, especially for a procrastinator. In fact, even if you plan ahead, you can get beautiful flowers, corsages, boutonnières and just about any flower you can imagine at Henry's. Now for my story, SUNDAY, 11:00 am (no less), I remember my aunt and uncle are having a luncheon (at 1pm THE SAME DAY, they were leaving for the restaurant around NOON), to celebrate 25 years of wedded bliss. I think, oh, I'll get them flowers-a corsage for her, a boutonnière for him, of course, everyone tells me no way there is no way anyone will be able to fill that order in that short of time I say I gotta try. I go to the Internet Yellow Pages, under Florist, in my old neighborhood, in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, NY, there it is Henry's Florist. (I now live in Florida.) Unbelievable! It has been 30 years, I call, it is the same store, the original Mr. Henry has passed on to that Big Florist in the Sky but a new Mr Henry and his family have taken over. They are just as nice and professional. Tolly (sic?) answered and said he would make me beautiful flowers and deliver them in time and he did! BTW, He DID NOT take advantage of the situation, if you know what I mean, they are very honest. So, my advice if you need flowers,etc. call Tolly or any of the staff at Henry's you will be happy with this choice. Also, check at the web site, for ideas.

I was at a wedding that you did on April 13th,2008 i must say your work is extraordinary it has that touch of elegant style. The arrangement of calla's you had made were magnificent. I will be sure to keep you in mind for any future occassion or event i will need to send flowers for you work is out of this world. Regards Priscilla Carollo
