Great agency to work for. In house and field employees are very valued! We always have work for your home health aides!

I highly recommend this agency! They are very helpful and patient in every way! They make everything very smooth and easy! Keep it up Heart to Heart! I'm glad to be part of the H2H family!!

This is a really great company to work for! They even offer free HHA and PCA training programs in Brooklyn and in the Bronx! I highly recommend it to anyone looking to work for a reliable company!!

The most tacky looking office the staff is very unorganized and rude

I absolutely hate this agency. The thing named kizzy that works at the front desk is judgemental and rude. And then you have alba the coordinator who looks like the penguin from Batman that doesn't seem to understand English when you tell her you can't do a case.

Not sure why these other reviewers are so upset... Heart to Heart watched over my grandfather during his last months. I like to believe that they helped him thru his pain and even made it less. Either way, they are great and caring

It is unbelievable that this agency still in business...with the most uneducated, unprofessional & disrespectful staff! Starting with the person in charge or at least that's what she think, her name, I believe is Jennifer. If u have the expirence to encounter her u would have that feeling u just want to straggle her! Oh n gorget about if u call there n she's the one answering the phone...u would have the most ghetto treatment ever! And forget about if u want to complaint, the vice president that I know her name is Liz Santiago because when I complaint she gave me a business card, she is worst no professionalism at all that its ashame. She was doing her make up right there in her office n I have to wait for her to finish...oh n if u want to talk to the owner be ready because he's the worst he's name is Jacob Rosenberg a Jew that belives the world own him something, he talks to u like he's ur father plus he SMOKE CIGARETTES IN HIS OFFICE!!! That is a health Department violation n against the law!!! The only good thong about this agency is that they offer the training free, but be careful, things that arefree can give u the worst experience ever...

I would never recommend this agency to nobody, its a wast of time plus they gonna get very upset!!!

I went to heart to heart home care training location at (395 Pearl St Brooklyn - arriving at 9am) this morning (2/21/12) to an appointment, and you have to take a test before you can be eligible to be interviewed to take the training for HHA. The test had words spelled incorrectly and test questions that didn't make sense (or even seem relevent to HHA) which made it hard to understand. One question went like this: [15 people went to a party, 6 stayed at the party. The same amount left in 3 cars. How many were in the car?] <<<---Doesn't make sense. Maybe to others it does but to me it doesn't. There's 3 cars, so why ask "how many were in the car" - implying theres one car? And then... the question states that the same amount that stayed left . "6" right! So... where's the other 3 people? Altogether there's 15 people remember!!! Anyway, due to the misspelling throughout...
