I recommend this vet, Dr Bruce and his staff are professional and personable. I have also used them to board my puppy on occasion and I am confident that he is well taken care of and gets a little love while he is there! :) I recently lost one of my cats, she had been pretty sick on and off for about a year and the compassion of the people in the office was very appreciated. Glad I found this place in Orlando!

I strongly recommend to dont use this vet office. I am very disappointed with the care that my geico received at this vet location. My geico was sick and I went to Animal Veterinary Hospital of Orlando. After more than one month of medicine and about 4 visits my geico got even worse, when I called the vet office to disuse geicos recovery: their response was that they dont guaranty anything and the best option is to try a different medicine that they even know if it may work. Therefore more medicine and money without any improvements. They didnt care that after more than a month of medicine, money, and time my geico is still sick. Also at one of the visits my geico passed out due to the carless of the vet, the vet was very carless when he was checking the geico.

This place is a RIPOFF and joke!! I adopted a beautiful kitty from here and they said all shots are included but when I went back for his last shots the Vet tried to charge me for my cats last shots! I had already paid the $75 adoption fee which is all they said it would be. The worst part is the Vet/Owner started screaming at the young reception in front of everyone and he told her to get out and leave for the day. I could not believe what was happening and felt so bad for the girl that I offered to pay then he started yelling at me and said " No, it's going to come out of her last check.'! I was completely blown away by this horrid experience, It is clear that this "Vet" is not in the business to care for animals but in the business to take advantage of customers and treat his staff HORRIBLE not even behind closed doors. If you love your animal and care about respecting other people regardless of what level worker you are...Vet or receptionist PLEASE take your pet elsewhere!

Highly recommended!!! They work with different species, including exotics. Our Bearded Dragons are healthy and beautiful thanks to Dr Bruce and his staff. They are very knowledgeable,and they will guide you in the proper care for your pet. Compared to other vets out there, Dr Bruce has very affordable prices, but the best of all is their courteous service...they always remember us and our pets! Even during a pet emergency, Dr Bruce and his staff guided us thru that difficult moment, and they always kept their follow ups for several days. We never received that kind of caring and service from any other veterinarian. He even gave us special diets that our bearded dragons love...which sometimes can be stubborn eaters (but not with Dr Bruce's diet). Love your pets, then you must visit this Animal Hospital.

Best vet ever. I have an American Bulldog and some people are intimidated by him but he is very sweet. One different vet at another office muzzled my dog. This didn't make me happy. Dr Bruce was not afraid at all. My dog loves Dr Bruce so much. It is great to have a true animal lover provide care to my sweet boy. Dr Bruce is the best and so is his staff!

The service was ok, i felt that the vet assisted me in a hurry, the way he was answering my (?) and conserns where to fast, i know vets can be expensive so i was ok when they charge me, main reason i took my cat was cause of flea problems, ive tried everything for fleas from grocery store, never @ petsmart or petco, and after i took my cat to the vet decided to go to petsmart website and saw the exact same product that he suggested Advantage II drops $30 less than what they sell it to me for, so i was desapointed, they could of recomend to to buy it on one of the pet stores, but NO they had to overcharge me extra! thats why im giving them a 3star!!!

I have been bringing my pets (reptiles, dogs, cats) to see Dr. Bruce for nearly 20 years. He is a caring and highly knowledgeable veterinarian. I drive past at least ten other animal clinics on my way from Kissimmee because he has found and cured problems that baffled other veterinarians. He always seems to know about the latest treatments for my pets' problems. The few times I have tried other vets because I didn't want to drive so far, I have been disappointed. Plus, his prices are so much better than other local clinics that they more than makes up for the extra driving. I can't recommend him and his staff highly enough. If you care about your pets, take them to see Dr. Bruce!

Dr. Bruce and his staff are great. They treat my pets with so much care, they actually enjoy going to the doctor. The staff is friendly and polite, and they always mush over my pets. The prices are very affordable compaired to other vets I have used. When my pets were sick, they always explained the testing before it was done and made sure I understood what the problem was and how the medicine would affect my pet. Very pet friendly!

I love Dr. Bruce and hist staff! They are extremely helpful, and understanding. They also take care of my cat as if he was their pet, which makes me feel at ease whenever I come in to the office. The price for services are also the best I've found in the area. I highly recommend Dr. Bruce's office for your own pets!

Dr Bruce and his staff are fantastic. I have iguanas and not all vets are equipped to handle the "exotics". Dr Bruce is well versed "lizards" are I wouldn't take my girls anywhere else. He's fantastic - I highly recommend him if you're looking for a vet in the South Orlando area!

Dr Bruce and his staff are WONDERFUL, they truly care about your animal as if it were their own. We bring dogs and have brought a snake. My daughters snake passed away and they sent her a sympathy card. My daughter was so happy to know that they cared so much to do that. She passed at home and the only way Dr. Bruce's staff knew was b/c we needed to cancel an appt. That was truly a wonderful gift for a teenager that loved her pet! I would recommend this office to anyone. The office may look old but it's not the bldg it's the people inside that one should be concerned with. I have read some reviews about how people don't carry themselves correctly or the office is old. What does that have to do with CARE?

Dr. Bruce and his staff are AWESOME! They geniunely love animals. I bring my dogs and have actually brought one of our snakes to him. My daughters snake got egg bound and we had no idea. Dr. Bruce did what he could for her but we must have waited to long, or didn't know any better but she passed. My daughter was very upset but when she received a card from Dr. Bruce and his staff she was so happy that they cared about her snake enough to send a card. And the snake passed at home and we called to cancel her next appt. and they still sent the card!!! AWESOME!!! They love our animals as if they were their own!

Very skilled and knowledgable Veterinarian and his staff are down to earth. Found him after I'd tried getting my cats an appointment at the Orlando Humane society SPCA, and they referred me to him. Cost is very affordable compared to other vets near me in orlando. Been going to them for 3yrs. now and so grateful to have found him.

Dr. Bruce Bogoslavsky is a very kind and gentle doctor. He truly loves animals and is concerned for their well being. He's always been good to us because we have always tried to make sure Josie and Foxie have what they need. He doesn't seem to have much respect for people who treat pets as objects rather than being the companions they are.
