Provided by YP.comAt first they were great, and I received my treadmill on the agreed upon delivery time. Then when the treadmill broke and I tried to use the 1 yr unlimited parts and labor warranty it was the most ridiculous process I have ever gone through. The treadmill stopped working in January 2011, and despite multitudes of phone calls, emails, text messages, many appointments were made and broken by the vendor. I had to cancel 1 due to work. it is now April and the only thing that has happened is that 1 time in March someone came to try to fix it, unsuccessfully. At that long awaited visit I was told that they would exchange the treadmill for a different one, and I have been waiting ever since despite multitudes of phone calls and text messages and promises and appointments (broken) with a broken treadmill in my living room. Don't buy from this vendor!
AT first we all time was great i went your place but then you said you are going to conference to some place and i could not come 10 days after you asked me to come at 8pm and i respect my workers and i did not send them at 8 pm. i still was very angry as you do not work to schedule but only call once in 20 days and ask to change please be honest i never failed as you did to us but we are OK with that and respectfully ask you to remove your negative feedback thanks

Provided by YP.comi bought a treadmill from Online but me and my husband could not put together so we called GYM EQUIPMENT for help
It took them a day to come here to my place and set it up tuned there was a missing part(eller has told that it was missing)replaced
very professional and neat guys
also owner called us and asked if everything ok and wished good luck for only $$.so very pleased
