Steve who was the actual owner of the store was extremely nice, professional, and was kindly nice enough to explain me the full procedures on each gold jewelry content piece I had was worth in today's market. The owner gave me a price and I accepted which easily beat my other gold buying spots offers by a far margin, Thanks Guys.
