The office was extremely helpful and responsive to my 1,000 questions. Admittedly, I did give them a hard time. I read some of the reviews and I was extremely weary. I spoke to Monica, the office manager, countless times and she was straightforward and I found her to be genuine. The office administrator, Anabel was also super helpful. I signed by lease within 5 days of applying (2 of those days I was gathering my paperwork and on the 3rd I was approved).
