Do not buy any mattress from here they have BED BUGS!!!!!!!!
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!I bought a twin mattress set from this store & was delivered in my apartment on Sunday, July 6th. 2014. Two weeks later I noticed the bed bug in that mattress. Called the store manager Mr. Joe right way & he promised to send someone to check on the mattress ;( which he never did! ) & wanted me to follow up next day. When I called back next day (July 18th) to asked him when is he sending some one; he said he can't help me & hung up the phone.
I filed a complaint report with the Department of Consumer Affairs for action by calling 311. They suggested me to contact the owner of the store & the mattress company. I tried to get the store owner phone number by calling the store & Mr. Joe refused to give me any information. I paid $ 250 for this mattress set which I have to discard. Feeling helpless!!! Not sure what to do.

When i call agane thay told me to get the lather one i have to pay anather $600
I ask them to return the love set thay sed no return or refund. Or exchange
I called my credt card to stop the transaction
Fainaly the give me my mony back -$100 after 3 month fiting
To visrt thes peoples. You west your time losing mony.

Provided by YP.comWORST AND MOST DISHONEST RIPOFF BUSINESS EVER! We purchased a few pieces of furniture at G.K. Department Stores, two of which were the same items. At the moment of the sales, the manager/owner appeared to nice. But don't be tricked by his fake nice. After the sales, he issued a handwritten invoice/receipt - looked very unprofessional and informal. We checked the invoice and it appeared to be ok. At the day of the delivery, he only delivered one of the two same items, and then we realized he tricked us by only stating Quantity 1 on that piece of furniture. We called many times and even went to his store. He simply denied that we ordered 2 pieces of the same items. Not just that, he was extremely rude and unprofessional - literally pushed us out of the store by force. This manager/owner is dishonest, and this store is simply a ripoff. Think carefully before you buy there. We eventually paid same as or even more than those in Ashley Home Store. I can't believe NYC and NYS still allow this kind of dishonest ripoff business on the market. If there were zero score, I would give them 0.

Provided by YP.comDO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE! This place is the worst and the owner/manager is arrogant beyond belief. I ordered several items and never received them. I called numerous times and was given the run around. I was told I would get a call back regarding the order status and never did after leaving my number 7 TIMES? It has been over 2 months since I placed the order. ON TOP OF THAT, when I presented one credit card at the time of purchase I was told it would not process. I then gave an alternate card which did work. I later received a statement from both companies that I was charged on each card. So In the end I was charge TWICE for items I never received!!! It wasn't until I sent my husband in that the owner/manager gave an answer that he can't get the items in. Do I believe that? ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! Now I am waiting for TWO REIMBURSEMENTS. A total of $800. This place and the men that work there are running a complete SCAM!!!
