I used WashClubNYC for about a year. It was fine. Occasionally they would be late, but not a huge deal. That is until this week, they completely destroyed two items of dry cleaning. Then proceeded to claim they had never received by laundry. Then claimed I had not ordered dry cleaning even though there is paper trail. And then proceeded to hang up the phone on me when i called regarding this order. Beyond unprofessional.
