The management at Flatbush Gardens has got to be the worst in all of Brooklyn. The tenants are nasty, management doesn't care. If you like living in buildings where people are brazen enough to leave chicken bones on the stairways then Flatbush Gardens is the place for you. Management rarely answers their phones. Maintenance never answers their phones. They expect that you won't go to work to potentially wait for them to come fix something in your apartment. Expect leaks from the tenants above you constantly. In the winter you will get leaks from the radiator and in the summer who knows from where. Rodents galore. etc.
