Provided by YPmobilePLEASE READ! Take very caution when coming into this practice. They have regular people who aren't even licensed as doctors seeing patients. There's a Russian lady with long blonde hair that wears really short dresses and high heels and makes pretend she's a doctor or a nurse practitioner when she really isn't. First of all that's not even proper attire. She looked like she was going to a club. I came in last week and was examined by a Dr Hassan. When asked for a letter for my job he stated that he couldn't give me one because he wasn't a real doctor. He was a trainee. So basically I let this man examine me for no reason. A prior day I needed a prescription for some pain medication because I was suffering from really bad back pain. I was given a prescription by the Russian lady and when I left I realized that it had a different name on the prescription. The prescription said "Rachel Atkin" but as to my knowledge Rachel doesn't work there anymore. Please be careful. These people will make you change your pcp just to be seen. I've never heard of that. They run unnecessary test on you just to charge your insurance and forge signatures when they give you prescriptions. I had to return the next day to see a Dr Ali who refused to give me pain medications and gave me a referral for pain management but the Russian lady had just wrote me one. The office is so unorganized and the Russian lady talks to the staff like they're puppies. She snaps her fingers at the
And points to where she wants them to go. Every week there's a whole new set of staff. New "Doctors and Nurse Practitioners". That tells a lot about the person running that place. I will never go back and definetly don't recommend anyone there. You're better off going to Brookdale Hospital where at least you know the doctor you're seeing is an actual doctor. The reason for this review is so you can be aware of what goes on in that place. I had a really bad experience. They refused to do x-Rays. The Russian lady with bad attitude says to me "do you want to pay the $50 for the x-Ray because your insurance won't cover". Definitely a waste of a visit. But they made sure to change my pcp and charge my insurance. To whomever is the owner of that practice please reevaluate who you have running that place. Everyone should have manners. Regardless of what tilted you may hold! NEVER AGAIN!!
