Nasty, rushed work--very sloppy! Don't hire this company.

The awning they stalled is leaking and the zorox material is curling up like paper. I called Fiberama and asked for the salesperson who drew up our contract and the rude receptionist asked "why do you need to speak to him?" I told her that my awning is leaking and she abruptly said "Sal's not here. He doesn't handle that you have to call back later and ask for Robin. Thanks." She immediately hung up on me. Also, the awning frame is bent and dented and scratched in many places. Really bad customer service after they've taken your money and really bad installation. New awning but (1) it leaks and (2) though new, it's bent, dented and scratched everywhere, so it looks old and tattered already.

Do yourself a favor and hire a reputable company--Fiberama is not it.

My name is Bozwell and I am very dissatisfied with the "12" Royal replacement windows that you installed in my home in Dongan Hills 2 years ago. I have had nothing but problems with these inferior windows from the date of installation. Condensation leaks between the glass, weather stripping falling off, they're draft at the base, locks that won't close right and snap off and now....the tension strip inside the frame has popped on two of them ! Are these windows just junk or what ?




How many times can I pay $100.00 to have a technician come here and fix these things ? I wish I left my old wooden windows with storms in or ordered the renewal ones by Andersen. John is the co-owner and came here when they installed them and they did a lousy job at that, too ! Sloppy caulking, some sides caulked, other not. Gashes in the capping from hammers.....very unprofessional !




John lives on the corner of Bloomingdale Road and Woodrow Road and is one of the sons of the owner. I am hoping he can send a repairman here and not charge me, again ! I simply can not be paying hundreds of dollars for things that should not be going wrong after only 2 years. What is going to happen after 10 years and beyond ? This was a big mistake and Fiberama must stand-by the products they use and offer to the customers !




I do not want to write negative blogs about the company on the internet and contact the BBB at this time. However, I am petulant and disgusted by this point and may have no choice. Can you kindly bring my concerns to management and advise me via return E-mail what they can do to rectify this for me ?

this is the 2nd time I have used fiberama. both jobs they did were done well and I found there prices to be very fair.after watching there mechanic mosses complete the first job I was convinced I had the right company.mosses workmanship was astonishingly professional.

I had a bow window and a front entry door installed by fiberama. I found them to be professional and courteous. there prices were fair and the job came out beutifully.

Worst company to deal with, I had a horrible experience. The installers are a nightmare the guy who showed up at my house was in a rush to get to his big job that's exactly what he said soon as he got to my house never again absolutely the worst , I take pride in my house & recently did work and no problems with other contractors except Fiberama the wheeler dealer all talk until they get your deposit & you sign the contract.. Save your self the headache

i had17 windows installed in my home the windows were excellent and the workers did a great great job neat and clean and polite. i would highly recommend this company to anyone needing and type of home improvement to there home

i purchased a door october 4,2010 and never received the door i call 5 times the person who answers the phone always say someone will call you back .im still waiting and its been 3months. dont purchase a door from this company.

fiberama came to my moms home during the latest snow fall an awning crashed down over my her door i called them and they sent someone right away to have it removed. she then ordered a new awning and had it installed she was very grateful and happy with the awning i live in new jersey and they took care of everything for me. it was a huge help.
