Worst realtor I ever dealt with. If I could give them zero stars here I would.



Allow me to explain... My wife and I along with our 1 year old were looking for an apartment in Park Slope and looked at a place twice on 9th Street off the park that we really liked. After the first visit to the apartment we wanted to think about the place for 24 hours. Once we decided we wanted it, we called and scheduled another appointment to see it the next day. (They said it was still available) We returned to the apartment and immediately applied for the place. About 48 hours later we were told someone else had put in for the place prior to our second visit and our application was "a backup" for the apartment owner.



I'm a native New Yorker and I've never dealt with a realty agent as unscrupulous as Tony is in my entire life. I advise everyone to not use Fanning Realty and call Warren Lewis instead. They wound up finding us a place that's fantastic.
