I called to get some simple information about this practice. First issue: the cleaning lady answered phone, she said "I am just cleaner, any info you need to fax request, do not call here again" couldnt provide an email or website, just fax number. Very unprofessional.

It's unfortunate that some patients put unrealistic expectations on their care givers and then go on bashing them on the internet. I was treated with utmost care and on several occasions was seen by Mrs. Dyczek, even when it wasn't always best time. She made sure I was comfortable and always followed up with genuine care and compassion. It's easy to judge someone based on one's unrealistic expectations but rarely do I see people give positive reviews when it's sincerely due. I highly recommend Dr. Dyczek to anyone as well as the rest of the Family Dental's team.
