I love this place I dont know Why I could not find them on Yelp, But definitely the best passport service in NYC, we had to rush our passport because of some emergency, and the staff there was so shelpful and caring and got the job done so quickly. Their prices are also remakably chepaer than anyone else.

I forgot to pick up my passport card, and the owner (I believe) had a bad temper. He yelled at me to come pick up the card. When I called back to ask him what his hours were, he hung up on me. This guy seriously needs anger management skills.

Would not recommend this service to ANYONE, make sure you apply the regular way on time!!! The customer service is horrific, they add charges for their own missed fulfillment days, they remember that you need other papers the day before you need your passport and glide over the fact that you specifically brought those papers the first day you came, make you come countless times, and then treat you like an idiot for protesting against any of these issues. After all, it's your fault that you need a passport.
