The staff is the worst, so rude! And only because I had the nerve to ask why I am waiting more than 2 hours in the waiting room

Stay away from this office at all costs. The staff is not trained, told us we have no insurance; they were trying to bill a 4 year old policy when we had given them an updated one and had been there three times in the past 6 months.

The operation is completely about money; over booking so that you have to wait a minimum of three hours after your appointment time to see the doctor.

They lost our chart, claimed it was NYU"s fault, then the IT team, then we found out that they were not looking for the right name.

"Kada" is supposed to be the office manager but won't face you or answer the phone.

And to top it all off, the staff is plain RUDE. Avoid this office at all costs. It may even cost you your eyes!
