Those people who wrote these reviews, whether they are personal enemies to someone of employees, or competitors, whatsoever. You can even tell that buy the same style and the same sentences in these 2 reviews. I am otherwise very happy with their work. They made curtains for the whole my house, and it was made professionally, very neatly and the fastest way I have ever seen in this kind of business. I had before very bad experience with other companies. Moreover, they made amazing designs for every window in my house. After my friends and relatives saw this job, many of them ordered windows treatment from Home Expo, and stayed more than satisfied with their work quality. I don't think you can find more variety of fabrics and materials in any similar businesses, than here.

Very unprofessional personal, rude and cannot keep the order straight. Took them 9 + month to complete the order. Had to redo blinds on one window 3 times. On top of everything they are liars, once they have your $ then your problems starts. We selected the colors and a week after were told that the colors we selected are no longer available. Since we had combo (material and vertical) and material was done, we had no choice but to select colors from very poor selection.
Will never ever use or recommend them.

If there would be a 1/2 a star that still would be too much for them, Very unprofessional personal, very rude. On top of everything they are liars, once they have your $ then your problems starts. Took my order asked for a deposit which was 1/2 of the price, gave a date of installation and never showed up. I called them several times they kept telling me tomorrow. I went back for my deposit they yelled at me, called me names and kicked me out. They took my money and refuse to give it back. Now i don't have my blinds and my $$. I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They have 4 stores but personal are all the same.
