I want to thank Robin for her services. The monument came out beautifully.

This is the absolute worst company to deal with. Their customer service is non-existent. We paid for my mother's monument in full over a year ago and have been waiting for it to be installed. Every day I call, and I get another excuse, or I am told they will call me back and they never do. Three weeks ago, I was told I was next in line to have the monument installed and as of today it is still not in and I have gotten no phone call (I had to call them). Again, nothing but excuses, the rain, the setter, the cemetery, etc... My family is so upset with this company and this process has been mentally draining. All we want is to finalize my mother's resting place and all we are getting is a run-around. I would never recommend this company.

Have been waiting for a monument to be engraved for over three months!!' Absolutely atrocious customer service, stay away!!!! At times when people need closure and feel helpless this place only adds unnecessary stress and frustration. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere where people actually care about your business.

I have dealt with Robin Cohen for almost three years when I suffered a devastating loss of my mother & sister. Robin always was kind & understanding to me and she told me her door is always open if I needed to talk & I appreciate that Her prices is reasonable I would recommend this place for sure.
