They ruined a brand new $120 Such a poorly done job on a simple dress. They hemmed it WAY too short (an extra 2 inches) & the stitching was awful. You could see the stitches prominently & it was completely wavy. When I returned there with it they told me "it's fine" like there was nothing wrong with the way the dress was done. He told me that "you can't really tell" and "only you're going to see it." I'm sorry? Is that the way quality work is done there? That it's no big deal because you can't really see the mistakes? If this is what they consider good work, I would never ever recommend going here. Not willing to acknowledge their mistakes or care because I was a new customer. I left it there asking them to at least take it down as much as they could with what was left of the fabric on the dress & when I went back to pick it up they didn't do anything to the dress at all. They just literally gave me back the already cut off fabric by safety pinning it on the dress. Speechless.
