I've been here a couple times, and while I was never overly impressed with them (things wouldn't come back super clean, collars would still be a little brown from sweat stains, etc.) it's the closest cleaner so I usually just went with it. However, the most recent time just takes the cake and I won't be going back. Last weekend I took my fiance's white coat (she's a med student) to get dry cleaned, and there were two marks on it, one from a marker, and one from a pen. I pointed them out, and the women there said she can't promise they'll be able to get them out. Ok, no problem, if you can't you cant'.



I pick it up today, and not only were the marks not removed, but they were basically spread all over the place, and there are new brown spots and pen marks all over the coat. When I pointed this out, the women basically refused to do anything about it, and then said it's not her fault it's the cleaners fault.



Regardless of who's fault it is, I don't bring things to the dry cleaner and expect to get them back dirtier than I brought them there. And of course, there was no offer to refund the price of the the jacket clean either.
