Bought a Bertazzoni range in March 2008. Oven didn't work. Manufacturer referred me to Elkay for repair. So far after 4 months the oven is still broken. Elkay has has cancelled 2 service call out of 4 because "the part were not in stock". However the Bertazzoni rep said that that the part (oven seal) had nothing to do with the problem (oven wouldn't stay lit, then wouldn't go above 250 degrees). Their service people are not familar with the range, their operators are unhelpful and they don't have any interest in servicing the product. Would not recomend anyone call them. Have had to call the manufacturer and the seller numerous times to try to resolve this. So far no luck.
