These guys are great to deal with. Best price on an 18" dishwasher I could find anywhere, and believe me, I did my research! The white glove delivery is exactly that. Clean, friendly and efficient. This is will not be my last experience with 1 Stop Camera. Good on ya'll and thanks for such great service!

Great service and product! I love my new washer!!! We had to delay delivery, because we were on vacation. We were easily able to do so, because their communication was great.

Purchased last week from 1 Stop Camera a GE cooktop.



They shipped the following day and I had the cooktop within one week with perfect delivery by 1 Stop camera Home Delivery in Northern California.



The quick process of giving the cooktop to One Stop Camera Trucking, then moving the cooktop across the country, then arranging local delivery and doing it all in one week is just about as fast as it gets.



This is the fourth purchase over the past couple of years and always good service and great delivery from this company.

I ordered a camera from this company and it was the worst experience i have had in a long time. the camera was nice but too complicated for my wife and she didn't like it. the problem was I ordered it 13 days before mothers day which I thought would be cutting it a little close but a day or two late is no big deal. My wife is very understanding. :). The camera didn't arrive until 18 days later. we spent about a week playing with the camera and its accesories. She decided that she wanted to return it and get a simpler one. This is where more trouble began. I was out of town at the time and so my wife had to call. When she called she was told that we were outside the return window and we couldn't return it. I was furious after looking into it we recieved it 27 days from the invoice date and the return window is 30 days. I called them back and explained for what seemed like hours. Finally the agreed to allow us to return it. They told us we needed a RMA (Return Authorization number) and it would be sent to the email I provided. It didn't arrive until; after 3 more calls to the customer service department. Yes I checked the junk mail folder in my email. Finally I got the email. I sent the camera back within two days. It is now two weeks since the recipt confirmation (that tells me they got the camera) and I still have not recieved a credit for my account. Plus there is a 10% restocking fee so I don't even get the full valuse back and I had to pay for shipping both ways. I am 40 t0 50 bucks on a 300 dollar purchase. And I am still waiting for my money. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS.
