Avoid this company at all costs. They literally stole $374 from me. Long story short, I purchased a window AC unit from them thru Amazon. Upon receipt I realized it was an inaccurate electrical output, per our coop's requirements. I called 1Stop, spoke with Mark and upgraded to a unit 3x the price of the original. We made arrangements to have the new one delivered and the original picked up and returned. He said upon receipt they will issue a refund. Here it is almost three months later and not a dime has been refunded. I've been in communication with them via email and phone. I have been told on two occasions the refund has been issued and I will receive the funds within 7 to 10 days. Yet I still have not received a dime. Like I said, avoid this company like the plague.

What a nightmare. The stove arrived two weeks past the expected arrival date. Horrible customer service and the staff be arrived dented. Beware!!! Do not buy from this seller.

This is my second major purchase from 1 Stop Camera. They offered me free faster shipping for a review. My first purchase was gas range, washer and dryer. I bought that previous winter. Except for delay because of storm in New York everything was perfect. This is my second review and I still waiting for Dishwasher and over the range microwave. Hopefully it will come twice earlier because of the review.

Oh by the way. I almost forgot to mention. Main reason I choose to buy from 1 Stop camera is that they Always offer cheapest price.

Provided really good electronics and kitchen appliances that I was on the hunt for. I expected something to go wrong because they were cheaper than any other company I looked into, but I was pleasantly surprised. Would definitely work with them again.

Very prompt and efficient over the phone! Just what I like! They explained in depth what the process would entail when ordering something from them. It went exactly as described! The appliances I ordered showed up according to the ETA and they were in great condition.

I just started using this company for a basic appliance(Dryer) to see how it turns out. So far, over the phone they were professional and seemingly organized, so I look forward to what the future may bring working together. Thanks.

Was searching online for quite a while for a good deal and I came across this company. They had reasonably priced items that I needed to replace in my home, so I gave them a call to delve deeper into potentially using their services. The phone call went so smoothly that I decided to place an order promptly. That phase of working together went well too! I received my washer and refrigerator and I'm very satisfied! This company actually surprised me. After seeing their prices and reading their reviews, I expected a so-so experience but it was GREAT!

Run away now! I never make posts or reviews, but this company I just had too. It was a nightmarish experience.

I just bought a brand new top dollar (over $ 2,000) refrigerator. I absolutely do NOT recommend. The company constantly was un-responsive, and failed to adhere to my needs.

The unit in which I ordered, was given a "tracking number" that you cannot track, due to it being through a trucking service.

I did more digging, BBB and Yelp also show these people are connected under a different name to Electronic One Stop!!! They also have some sort of ties to HC Cost. THEY HAVE HORRIBLE REVIEWS!!! I'm talking 300+ 1 star reviews within the past year! They go by the number (718) 421-2211 or (347) 627-7573. Both have associated with them awful, just awful reviews and customer testimonies.

Do yourself a favor and avoid these company names at all costs, I wish I did more digging before I had bought from them.

I found the phone support for my order to be very supportive and knowledgeable. The only reservation I have is whether the order will be delivered in a timely fashion. Quick delivery (a couple weeks) was assured me because the products were in stock. I've been continuously updated on the status of the order which is good. However, it has in fact now been two weeks since invoice and the order is still awaiting confirmation that they are finally aboard a delivery truck. There seems to have been a lot of hand offs from the company's order processing to the company's shipping/staging and from the company's shipping/staging to the shipper's warehouse to hopefully finally getting on the truck for delivery. With still no target delivery date I'm not in a position to know yet whether the order to delivery lead time was at least industry standard (2-3 weeks for large appliances)

I purchased an LG DLEX8000W washing machine in August 2015.One Stop Camera shipped promptly and delivery was exactly as advertised, including uncrating/unboxing the appliance and moving it into position (I did not purchase installation service). Excellent price and service.

Fake reviews, Please look at the join date of the users, and how every single one is positive. ALSO check out every single person has made two reviews on both business.



This place is known to be terrible with horrible service, and awful tracking. Also known as Appliances Connection at 1100 Coney. Look at their Yelp and BBB reviews.



Don't waste your time with this company.

I searched locally and online for freezers and found that One Stop Camera had the lowest price with free shipping. I was a little worry of this type and size of purchase on internet. To my surprise I was kept updated on the status of my order and the delivery times. I would recommend One Stop camera to anyone that's looking for any product they sell.

I ordered a french door refrigerator from one stop camera . It was the best price I can find. They offers free shipping and no taxes on the product. I had a nice experience with them. Highly recommended!

I Ordered Refrigerators, Washier and Dryer on 1/8/2015. Ask one stop camera to deliver after 30days. I want to wait till I am satisfied with the products than write a review. I am very pleased with one stop camera and the products I got. I am recommending this store to my friends and neighbors.

Excellent selection of products to chose from and pricing. Our products were very well packaged and arrived without any defects. The delivery men were courteous, handled our purchases with care and were more that happy to spend a little extra time with us while we uncrated everything and checked for damage. From ordering to delivery, the customer service department kept us abreast of our purchase. We will use one stop camera again!!!

This is my first experience with One Stop Camera and I am impressed. They communicated with me on my order every step of the way so I knew exactly what was going during the whole process. This is the way customer service should be. Two thumbs way up!!!

I bought my new dishwasher online through One Stop Camera - it was fast & easy. They sent me emails at each stage (order confirmation, shipping pickup there) and I got a call to schedule delivery to my home. We were out of town when it was originally scheduled to arrive & they arranged to hold it a few days & delivered upon my return. I would definitely order through them again.

One stop camera had the Whirlpool WDT910SAYM Dishwasher I was looking for at the lowest price. They offered free shipping and we received it quicker than if we would have purchased it from a local store. I definitely will order from them again.

We were very pleased with our experience. Once our appliance was ordered they contacted us immediately regarding the third party shipping. They answered all questions which i had in a professional manner. They also were crystal clear about delivery date and how the appliance would be delivered.
