wonder why their website(s) don't have pictures of the rooms??? there's a great reason for that---the rooms vary by cleanliness and safety! first off, i rated it a "one" because the lobby is nice. that is the only reason. the downside to the lobby....packing to go cook dinner. if you live on one of the upper floors, forget it. you have to bring all your pots, pans, food, etc downstairs ***every time you cook*** because they throw away anything left in the cabinets/kitchen. my room for example: live wires hanging from ceiling, paint and caulk stuck to floors,(and sink, toilet, etc) mold on windows, not to mention the shower "not being finished" as one of the maintenance guys told me and my roommate. now back to the "varying" part. if you get an updated room...they are actually ok...carpet, new beds (captains beds), new mattress, etc, etc. if you don't, you're kindof screwed because the staff ***does not care**** aside from 1 guy, Nicholas. The others just say "oh, sorry" then ignore you. the front desk kid, yes...kid, told me that my room was "forgotten about during the cleaning process" before my roommates and i moved in. guess what that means? dirty clothes, hair, crumbs, crusted stains...all over the floor. and they did nothing about it. please save your money and look elsewhere!!!! don't make the mistake we did by living here.
