Stay away. This company also does business as Granite Realty LLC. I left my apartment in August 2014. Today, June 18, 2015, I'm still waiting for my deposit to be refunded. I sent them multiple letters, faxed them, etc. Last time I spoke to them, they claimed that I left the apt dirty (but I got the pictures to prove that I did not!). I never got an official notice from them and they are extremely rude and condescending. Unless you are very desperate, do not rent from them!
