The Dumbo Moving team is extremely professional. My furniture was carefully wrapped to ensure it would not get scratched during my move. They moved my heavier items with ease using forklift moving straps. I would 100% recommend using this company for moving!

Dumbo Moving really took me out of a huge emergency! I had a move planned out, and my moving company did not show up, after explaining my situation to Dumbo Moving they were friendly enough to help me out! I could not believe the great customer service I was provided with this company throughout my whole move the best!

Moving has always been such a drag for me since I can never seem to find the right company to make my move easy, thankfully I found Dumbo Moving! I had never experienced such an easy move before, they were very hard working, and nothing was damaged along the way!

Very organized team working for Dumbo Moving! They provided me with a very easy move thanks to the way they were loading the truck. They worked great as a team quickly and efficiently in order to have me out and in on the same day! The way they organized the truck helped me so much because I was able to place the boxes wherever they would end up going and have a very easy time unpacking. I really couldn't have asked for a better moving experience thanks to Dumbo Moving!

I have used Dumbo moving various times to transport my art pieces and they have never disappointed me. They are all well trained to care for your belongings, they have always wrapped my paintings and put blankets on them while loading them on the truck. If you are looking for a place to store your belongings dumbo moving and storage is a great choice! I have been storing my belongings here for over a year and have had no issues. They provide great security that is always making sure everything is safe, and when I enter to leave more things the customer service is the best you can ask for! They always make sure to take care of you, especially with pricing, they beat competitors pricing with no problem. I couldn’t be happier with deciding to store my belongings at dumbo moving and storage!

Dumbo moving is the most professional moving company I have worked with. Not only is their online website so easy to get instant quotes on moving, but them scheduling you in for your move is also so easy and flexible. I had no issues the whole moving process, the team is very hard working and dedicated to make sure you are pleased with the work they deliver. I will be calling in any future move no doubt.

Bacho and Ivane were my movers. They did an excellent job moving & protecting my master bedroom set and furnitures from the bronx to queens. I will definitely use their service again and recommend them to all my friends and family.

I used Dumbo Moving 2 weeks ago when my husband and I moved from NYC to Charlotte, NC. These guys are wonderful!! They protected every peace of furniture with plastic shrink wrap and several blankets, and all of that free of charge. We were considering a truck rental, but for almost the same price I'm happy that we chose Dumbo Moving. Nothing was damaged! Not even a scratch! The best experience ever!

Do not use Dumbo Moving! I repeat: Do NOT use DUMBO Moving!!!



My girlfriend and I were moving into a new apartment together from separate locations. We made them aware of the time restrictions of the new condo complex we were moving into, 830 am to 630 pm. We each had 1 Bedroom apartments. DUMBO moving recommended using one crew and doing both location pick ups and the move in the same day rather than using two separate crews. We agreed based on their recommendation.

1. Crew was scheduled to be at 1st Location at 9:00am. Didn't show up until 10:40 am.

2. Damaged stairwell wall.

3. Got off wrong exit while driving to 2nd location.

4. Finished packing 2nd location at 445pm.

5. 2 members of the crew took smoke breaks of 10 mins per hour every hour. 3rd member of crew was nice and continued to work.

6. Could not make into new complex prior to 6 pm, Therefore we could not unload.

7. Dumbo moving stored our property overnight in the moving truck.

8. Schduled for 7:30 am next morning, showed up @ 8:55 am.

9. Massive amounts of water damage. The company knew that the truck had multiple leaks in the truck, both in the cab as well as the storage area for furniture. According to the crew, management had known about the leaking truck for more than 1 month.

10. Water damage to both Mattresses (Temurpedic and King Pillow-top), clothes soaked, water damage to sectional sofa, and coffee and end tables.

11. Damage to sectional sofa, rip in 3 areas.

12. Damage to coffec table, wheel broken off.



Dumbo moving sent an email the next day, and charged our credit card a $250 overnight storage fee. We did not authorize this charge. They charge for the overnight storage since they did not make the condo deadline for the move and had to come back the next morning. Absolutely unprofessional.



Once we informed Dumbo moving that we would be making a claim, (which was the same day of the off load when all damage was noticed. (2nd day of moving), we received a call the next day from the crew foreman stating that Dumbo would not be paying the crew for the two days of moving. Very rude phone call and unprofessional.



We submited all the photos and itemized list of damage. Dumbo moving offered us $100 settlement.



Claim still not settled.



Please read this again. Do NOT USE DUMBO Moving.
