After using the store for many years, I experienced a terrible episode. On Saturday, April 04, 2009 at 6PM after selecting items I approached a cash register. A female clerk calculated my items. When I handled to her my discount coupon, she looked to me suspiciously and started to make commentaries in an extremely arrogant tone of voice and manner that number on my coupon has not been coincide with the records in the system. I replied that I have been using the store for many years and never had any problmes with coupons. When I said that her behaviorl is not appropriate, she became more angry and continued her unreasonable statements. In the end she said that will not serve me and returned with anger my coupon.

I meeded to call for a manager. However, when he approached a cash register, he did not reacted on the situation and did not offer any assisstance. The bottom line: when I asked another female clerk at the cash rgister to check me out, she refused to do it and brought up an exuse as though I was not on line. The manager still was on the scene, but kept silence. The bottom line: I needed to put away my items and leave the store.

I was humiliated by store personnel. My routine trip to the store was tirned to something I would never expected. However, I would like to know what had caused such inappropriate and agressive behavior of the female employee and absolutely indifferent attitude of the manager. Who can give me an answer?
