If i could leave this place zero stars I would
My wife brought her favorite phone Nokia Lumia 800 to the store Dr Wireless to get SIM card frame pulled out. It was not done, but they've wrested things out and broken the AMOLED glass screen. the clips inside were smashed the expensive Amoled phone screen wos broken. After that she was offered her to buy there another phone. The phone now is completely destroyed, glass is cracked and SIM card can't be inserted. My wife came very dissapointed and crying after this service. Then I went to the store with my wife to find out what was wrong. The owner was very rude to us and said my wife brought them a phone with already broken screen. In addition, he said that we should pay them for time spent on this service. My wife used and liked this phone for several years. I gave her a few years ago for the birthday present. This phone had an Amoled-screen, which you can use under the bright sun. The phone was very high quality, which was produced in Scandinavian country Finland. I complain about the business bureau to because they can not do business such as repairing phones if they are broken. In addition, I want to warn other customers about very low quality of service in that place.
