My appointments always get canceled last minute here. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. Dr. Riskevich and his staff made me wait for an hour and a half, and then he said he has to cancel my appointment without a significant reason.
