Dr. Avany is a very kind and warm person. Just speaking to her the first time, you begin to develop a positive patient-doctor relationship. Neither my mother nor I have ever had the kind of attention from a physician that we get from Dr. Avany. She doesn't just try to claw every penny from you, while spending 30 seconds in the room, like other doctors. This doctor is an excellent warm hearted women who takes good care of her patients. She is knowledgable in all different types of problems and concerns.After spending some time with her, I was delighted with the doctor and of her knowledge with what was going on with me. I would recommend this doctor for anyone that wanted to truely learn how to better themselves in being healthy.

Dr. Avany is an excellent doctor. I've had sharp chest pains for almost 6 years with no official diagnosis. Some doctors ran cardiograms and checked my heart, other doctors checked my lungs, some shoved a camera down my throat to examine my stomach, and some suggested I simply pulled a muscle. After 6 years, I changed primary physicians and Dr. Avany finally diagnosed it as esophageal spasms.
