HEALTHCHECK IS HORRIBLE. DR POLLACK THE ENT DOCTOR DID NOT DISCUSS MY CAT SCAN RESULTS OF MY THROAT, DESPITE ME HAVING LARYNGITIS FOR A MONTH. MY SON WITNESSED THIS, I ASKED HIM TO RECHECK MY VOCAL CORD NODULES AND HE WALKS OUT LIKE A BABY, AND GETS THE YOUNG COCKY MANAGER, WHO IS NOT A DOCTOR, AND THEY PRETTY MUCH BOTH BRUSHED ME OFF IN FRONT OF MY AUTISTIC SON, THIS DR POLLACK HAS BEEN AN ENT DOCTOR FOR 30 YEARS, YET HE HAD NO ANSWERS FOR ME, NOR DID HE CARE. A 10 YEAR OLD COULD HAVE GIVEN BETTER ADVICE. THEN I ASKED FOR A NOTE DETAILING MY CONDITION , AND THIS YOUNG MALE MANAGER DIDNT WANT TO DO IT, NOR GIVE MY COMPLETE RECORDS .. HE HAD A TOTAL ATTITUDE WITH ME IN FRONT OF MY SON. A REAL COCKY JERK. PLUS HE LET PEOPLE GO IN AHEAD OF ME. THIS IS THE TRUTH I GIVE IT ZERO, BUT IT IS NOT AN OPTION

I am currently sitting in the room for 25 minutes still waiting for the doctor to come in after waiting an hour and a half. Why make appointments if your going to make people wait this long. But honestly this is the last straw. I had made an appointment through zoo doc for a pain management doctor after being psychically tortured for 30 minutes I was sent for tons of tests only to find out the man I met with wasn't even a doctor or a pain management specialist as listed on zoc doc. They have made errors with my appointments and with relaying information about the tests they sent me for. I will NOT be coming back to this office and I would've have waited this long if they weren't holding my test results hostage

really awesome doctors work here and they always know exactly what to say to make you feel at ease!
