I am a first time buyer and was nervous and anxious. To start off, I needed an appointment last second and he was more than glad to accommodate me and even work on Sunday morning (we ended up doing it on a Monday but he was willing)!

He came to the house, was polite and respectful to the homeowner while working and having my best interest in mind. He was very thorough, pointing out the smallest of issues and was very informative and knowledgeable. He found structural damage and then explained to the homeowner why they should fix it and use the most reliable company to fix it, and they listened!

After the inspection was done, instead of packing up and leaving to his next appointment, he stayed an extra 30 min and patiently answered all my questions and concerns and gave some great advice too.



Overall was a great experience, and most importantly I felt completely secured and confident knowing that nothing was skipped or missed from his report.
