They damaged our building's elevator with 3 years of no-communicae maintenance so bad that we had to fire them from ever touching our now badly damaged elevator. Their not communicating is their greatest harm, causing missed maintenance leading to many city fines due to an out-of-service elevator. A caustic harassing attitude was necessary to get even basic remedies out of them, born only because they literally wouldn't reply ever. Totally frustrating, we're totally done with them.
