This is a horrid business. We received a significantly damaged item, and proceeded to create a ticket to return it. However, we got 0 correspondence from the company. The only time we got any sort of messages was when we went through Newegg, as this was located on the Newegg Marketplace. Under compulsion by Newegg, they sent us a return address. We sent the item back, and it was signed for, but we never received a refund or any sort of confirmation of reception. We are currently in the process of a marketplace claim, but the company has not messaged us or helped in the slightest. Do not order via Digital and More. They have no ethics or customer service.
