All our beans, sourced from small farms I the vast untamed regions of Colombia, are dry milled in Bogota and then flown to the U.S. via FedEx for roasting when they are only 14 days to one month of age. All other beans roasted in this country are at least three months (and up to a year) old and have suffered the ravages of aging, losing natural flavors and complexity. This means Devocion has set a new standard for fresh coffee in this country. We guarantee newly roasted, ultra-fresh coffee, so that the cup you in your hands still breathes the mists of the Colombian campo. We develop long-term relationships with our farmers, paying fair-trade prices and above, while establishing social and environmental programs to help secure the their futures.
