Returned a Pulsar watch to Designer Optics because it did not glow in the dark as stated in the description of the watch. The company asked me to send the watch back but has not refunded or exchanged the watch in over 30 days. No response to inquiries. The return policy is a joke. Filed a BBB complaint with no response from Designer Optics giving them a D+ rating.
