Prior to purchasing a stairlift, we did extensive research on the local companies that provided this product, including interviewing three other companies in our home. Our interview with Dermer was with Ian, the owner of the company. By far, Ian gave the best presentation and answers all our questions to our satisfaction. His quoted price was substantially below that of his competitors and we decided to go with Dermer. The installation by two polite professional technicians was painless and took just a few hours. Every speck of the small amount of sawdust was picked up. The stairlift works flawlessly and is a delight to use. We made the right choice.
