Chaos Commerce is what the recording is on the phone message. Nothing could be more accurate. All extensions either say that the mailbox can not accept more messages or it just drops the call.

No customer service. No response to emails. Ordered a $100.00 netbook.

Will never deal with this company again. I hope they get shut down. They have absolutely no customer service whatsoever. I'm surprised they are still in business

$800 fraudulent charge on my account from this company.

Found an unauthorized debit for nearly $400 had almost posted to my account from a fraudulent use and when I called the phone number listed, the options given for assistance wouldn't work, just kept repeating the same options over and over. Something is very suspicious.

Their shipping times are horrendous,and most of the products are sub par quality! Avoid this site at all costs!

I'm really upset with this company I ordered something from them two months ago and have sent three emails with request on the status of my order and their voicemail says they will return at response within 24 hours and I have yet to hear back from them. How can a company offer such poor service? I will post on every available feedback site about my dissatisfaction with this company. Buyer beware!

Will I actually ever get what I purchase from you guys?!?!?!??!??!?? BIGGEST SCAM company out there, they hold your money for over 2 months to only let you know that your order is no longer available.Best part is they don't even tell you, you have to contact them over TWENTY times just to get your money back, otherwise they would never tell you. SCAM!!!

DO NOT BUY!! I bought a TV remote on 9/22 and it is now 10/13 it has not even gotten shipped. I can order something directly from China and get FREE shipping and it will be here in less then a month.... come on people!

BEWARE!!! Ordered something 21 days ago and still no product. They refuse to even give me a shipping refund. They claim it shipped yet tracking info shows "no tracking information yet for this package" Finally filed a PayPal dispute and am waiting for refund. I will NEVER buy from this place again. Lesson learned.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced and I am a long time internet shopper. They promised me a coupon (credit) for an item they did not have in stock, almost two weeks after I made the purchase and the coupon code would not work when I tried to use it. Now no one is responding to my emails requesting the credit they promised on my next purchase. I foolishly made another purchase and guess what---NO CREDIT!!! Stay away from this questionable seller.

The worst customer service on the planet. They sell shoddy merchandise and lie about it. They promised me a coupon (credit) for an item they mis-advertised, but won't deliver it. I am about to file a formal complaint with the FTC and the NY state attorney's general's office. Stay away. Run. Sprint. Just don't buy from this very shady company.

This company is shady at best. Before you do any business with them do your research online. My personal experience and feedback from others is that they are criminal in their customer service and ultimately stick it to their customers. This company should be out of business and off the web entirely. Check with the BBB before you purchase anything from them and if you are unfortunate enough to purchase electronics from them be sure to get a SquareTrade warranty to protect yourself. Steer clear.
