They are a joke, they say they make their products in house. However they order and then ship it to you from other sites. If you look up the address, you can see that he works out of his apartment. DC cargo mall takes way to long to get things, i ordered it for ups ground delivery which takes 3-5 business days and it came in over two weeks later. Would recommend just paying extra on amazon, or from an actual retailer so that you do not have to deal with the hassle of constantly calling to find out that he knows nothing about your stuff or where it is. Also they don't give you your tracking number until its a day away, or until you call and email about 10 times. I will not order anything from this site again. As said i would rather pay 5 or 10 dollars more to get the product in a timely manner without having to make this "company" do its job.
