I had a very bad experience with this place. My order took more than four weeks to be filled. Every time I call in, the customer service, Tanya, comes up with a nonsense excuse. Finally, after three weeks, they shipped the order but it was wrong and incomplete order. I called in again for the problem to be fixed, but they tried to insult my intelligence by convincing me that what they sent was what was on the doctor’s prescription. Once I told them to pick up their supplies and I would look for somewhere else, they changed their tone to fix the problem.
