Good place to go low minimums fast service, parking in the are is terrible make a plan or take the train trust you will be better off

I was In need of starting a clothing line This was the only factory and I was scared to go had no idea what I was doing, But it all worked out were on line!! They provided everything I needed to get it going.

I saw the bad reviews and still went because I got a low quote and was on a budget. I just got my products back and I'm very happy with them! Small and easy order, but she did a great job and did it faster than she first though. I'll use again for sure.

DO NOT GO HERE. This has been by far the worst customer service service I have ever experienced.

UNQUALIFIED: I sent a 16 yard bolt of fabric to the woman in charge. She cut the 16 bolt into single yards and then cut the largest patterns out of those pieces, discarding almost half of the bolt that could have been used to cut the rest of the smaller pattern pieces.

UNPROFESSIONAL: When I asked her what was happening to all of this missing fabric, she got really rude and impossible to converse with rationally. After much back and forth, I learned that she was incapable of understanding basic math. At first her story was that the 16 yards I sent couldn't possibly fit all of the simple square and rectangular patterns in my order. But when I drew out the yardage map for her to show her how they can all fit, she changed her story, which brings me to my next point.

DISHONEST: When she realized she made a big error, she lied and said she never received 16 yards and that she only received 10 yards. I have text messages from her that prove with her own words that she did indeed have 16 yards. But of course when I pointed that out she got even nastier. I even spoke with the fabric company and they could confirm by the weight of the package in UPS's log that what they sent is what I had ordered. By not admitting to her mistakes, she was essentially asking me to pay for them since I had to order more fabric with my money. She also initially agreed to my initial request to cover the cost of the reorder of only one of the many fabrics she wasted. When I brought that up at the time of invoicing, she got furious, denied it and then threatened to hang up the phone when I said I have it in an email. Finally, the icing on the cake was when she upped her cost per unit by $3 halfway through production without telling me.

DISORGANIZED: On more than one occasion in the process of sampling to production, I never found out I was short on materials--which I now know was due to her wasting of fabric--until day of or before pickup. When I would question why there were less finished items than what I had ordered on the day of pickup, her response would be "oh, well we didn't have enough of xyz to finish that."



I wasted a lot of money having to reorder fabrics because the person who runs this business cannot do basic math and is dishonest. She actually summed herself up very accurately when she said "I'm not technical" in a very dismissive response to me asking why she couldn't provide me with dimensions I needed for one of the patterns that was going to get screen printed. Not only is she lacking very basic skills that any seamstress should have, she is incredibly unpleasant to deal with. I am utterly shocked that she has been in business for 3 years. If I could give this business negative stars I would.

This was the worst customer service I have ever gotten in my life. This company lied and gave empty promises from day 1. The gave a guarantee letter stating they are going to finish the job in time. But they didn't. NEVER work with this company. Because of them they whole project failed. The owners wife is an abusive woman, who called us stupid, numerously shut us up, when all we wanted was for them to get the job done. She kicked us out. VERY RUDE ARROGANT UNEDUCATED woman. I feel sorry for her husband, but he turned out to be a soft man, who doesn't fulfill his own promise. All they care is money, once the money was paid, they had no interest in finishing the job.
