I frequent this establishment for work a few times a month and it's awesome!  If you need to put together a Flower Arrangement or a Fruit Basket this is the place to go! Fantastic Arrangements and excellent customer service.

H takes the time to get to know you and understand the importance of the arrangement that you require. It is not just about giving you a flower or fruit arrangement. He loves what he does. The Crown Heights Florists plants, are happy and thriving and have lots of other happy, thriving plant and flower friends to hang out with in their cozy little space. Crown Heights Florists has some really interesting flowers and plants that you won't find in the area. They are lush and fragrant. I think one of them winked at me on my way out.

Fabulous Customer Service and caring employees. I bought a house plant at this florist, a peace lily. It was delivered same day. It was very beautiful and healthy. They provided me with tips on how to take care of it and it has been growing very nicely in my home. It brightens up my house and makes the environment so much more beautiful, warm and welcoming. Their customer service was exceptional and their prices are to die for. I am now considering to get another house plant. They have such a wide selection of plants to choose from. I entered a wonderful Garden Atmosphere, surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers. Customer service was par excellance; they made me this beautiful bouquet. They were very friendly and accomodating. The price was even more shocking because I was expecting to pay way more than they charged me. They included a free box of chocolates as well. Outstanding Floral Designs! I ordered flowers for my grandmother for her birthday. I had heard Crown Heights did impeccable work but had never used them. My grandmother phoned last week and told me about how stunning her flowers were. To my surprise, she called me again this week and told me that her flowers are still alive and beautiful. Was headed over to the Hospital to visit a frIend. Called Crown Heights Florists in the am, talked to a very nice person and ordered an arrangement of flowers, from this wonderful employee. When I arrived to pick up the arrangement, it was perfect , the flower mix and size of the bouquet were very generous and beautiful. THE MOST AMAZING FLOWER SHOP!!!. I think they are absolutely incredible. The flowers and arrangements themselves are beyond gorgeous!! The style is so distinctive. The flowers smelled exquisite and the blooms lasted forever as my mom spread them out and about the house in smaller arrangements.
